3rd IUI done!!

Well... we had our third IUI today and I am feeling very very positive about it but at the same time I don’t want to be too too hopeful. Our 2nd IUI ended up to be an early miscarriage. This time I had a “beautiful” lining and a “beautiful” 20.5 mm follicle yesterday (that’s how the technician and the nurse described them 😂) my husband’s number are the best we’ve ever had 81 million, motile count of 133 million, great motility and morphology! Fertilaid really works!

I had my trigger shot last night and IUI 12 hours later. We came home right after and just in case, I laid down for a while and ended up taking a nap. When I woke up went to the restroom and found that I am spotting bright red, it never happened with my first or second iui so of course I am freaking out a little.

Has anybody had this happened to you and got a bfp? Tell me your stories. I also have some cramping but I am not too concerned about that.
