Absolutely in a mess! Need your help mamas! Cannot stop crying

Hey mamas! I’m in a absolute mess right now. My 2 month old had his check up yesterday and he’s falling off all his curves. His head circumference has gone from 34 percentile at birth to 2 percentile yesterday. He looks pretty normal to me and is a active baby and hitting his milestones though he hates tummy time and sleeps off, at the appointment the doctor did not mention anything but in the after summary wrote down abnormal findings. He has problems with feedings I pump since he doesn’t drink properly from the breast and he barely drinks 2oz at one time. Me and my husband are both short 5’2” and 5’6” the doctor has requested for a 3rd month check up and now I’m completely worried. I checked online for 2 percentile head circumference and it shows Microcephaly and I haven’t stopped crying since yesterday wondering if my baby has it. He does have problems focusing but he just turned 2 months old so I’m not worried. Anybody with this problem? Can anyone provide me any insight please. Each time I look at my baby I’m bawling my eyes out.
