You can get the same types of products for less money at gnc. Their protein shakes are actually not the best for you, there’s a lot of sugar and not a ton of protein in them. You’re paying for the name more than anything

Yes love it does work!! Ive been using the products for 3 years.. and I love 40 lbs within the first 2 years!! Nutrition and exercise is key!

I tried it and many others! The  best thing you can do is just eat clean and exercise of possible!!
