Being rejected hurts yes but no where as being dumped. Being rejected means that you aren’t that persons type, just cause you like someone doesn’t mean the person has to like you back. Being dumped hurts a lot. You spend time with that person, developed real feelings and memories. I would say dumped.

Getting dumped is when you had the chance to actually date them and they end where as being rejected just means you never had a chance to start it.. get dumped hurts way more.

Getting dumped probably because you likely have an emotional tie to them. It hurts your heart. Rejection can hurt the heart, but it’s mostly a pride thing. At least for me.
