Pregnancy after IUD

I'm kind of scared I won't be able to get pregnant with a second child. I've had my IUD removed late September after having it for a year. I've done so much looking into, and reading stories on here. Its honestly terrifying.

If you were once in this position, can you please tell me what you did. If you actually tried for a pregnancy what did you do? Or did you just go with it? How long did it take?

Please tell me there is hope.
