Infertility struggles

Hi my name is Sierra and me and my fiancé have been TTC FOR 2 1/2 years with no luck. My OBGYN thought that it could be endometriosis but it turned out to be an infection in my ovaries. There is nothing they can do but take out my ovaries. My OBGYN has said that I can still get pregnant but the intercourse hurts so bad that it’s not even fun to me anymore, my obgyn has put me on clomid to help me ovulate. I need some help on how to make the pain go away during intercourse? I am too the point of giving up it has put me through a really bad depression! Please help!!
