So I just got my results back and I have GD.

So isn't that just lovely!

I've been told to work out more, keep myself moving more. Any ideas from you ladies?

It's shitty cold and completely dark when I get home from work at the moment so my walks are few and short 😔

I try to go swim a few times but it's mostly open when I'm at work and shaving my legs is a fucking workout in itself 😩..

All ideas are welcome!
