Had PCOS but not anymore? (19)

Phil

So my last gynaecologist did an ultrasound and found cysts indicating that I had PCOS. She prescribed birth control (Yasmin) which I took for a few months and it slightly helped with the pain but it’s back now. Last month I saw a different gynaecologist and my ultrasound came back clear, except I had some fluid in my sac (not sure what that is) but she said it’s probably due to me using tampons (I had to lie and tell her I’m a virgin so she says using tampons took my virginity) and hormonal imbalance and prescribed hormonal balancing pills and that it would just go away but I still feel like it’s something else. These pains have been getting worse for about 3 years (especially in my lower back) to the point where I nearly faint, can’t eat, and can’t get out of bed. I also tend to get a tingly feeling in my legs, almost like they’re almost going numb, when I’m on my period and I don’t know how much longer I can take this. Please help.
