Advice about experiencing Placenta previa and possible c section?

I'm currently 30 wks n 4 days, my last appt was a wk ago and my placenta has not go up... my dr told me that he was hoping for my placenta to go up but if not , it would have to be a c section, the good thing is that I'm not bleeding and I try to be careful and rest.

But this is my 3rd pregnancy so I'm just hoping everything goes well hopefully natural birth. And hopefully not an induce c section or emergency one or something like that

My question is if any of u experience , at what time did ur placenta move? Or did not move and what happened? Or advice to be extra careful or not paranoid about this particular situation?

Which I am paranoid of a c section and more now than my first 2 pregnancies, I never had to be worried about my activities and no intercourse... it's just a lot I feel like baby will want to come out soon? Idk why hopefully not !! Fingers crossed

Also my pelvic down there hurts bad when I had to get up of bed and open my legs or seat down, feels sharp like if I was dilaying or something idk how to explain it , it's just so uncomfortable and makes me nervous sometimes!! But that's part of the PP so... it sucks
