PCOS keto and Secondary Infertility
My name is Becky I am 25 years old with pcos. I have a 10 year old bonus son and a 2.5 year old daughter that took 3.5 years to conceive. I had my nexplonon removed on Dec 3 2018 and started keto on Jan 5 2019. I have already lost 5 lbs and my aunt Flo finally showed her face. And I am so excited. Finally a step in the right direction to be able conceive.
