Yes 🙁. I’m pretty sure if you fail any 3 of the tests, you’re considered to have gestational diabetes. Your post “drink” sugars are pretty high. I have gestational diabetes because I failed the 1-hr after drinking the glucose drink. I’m going through it myself so if you want to talk about it more when you hear from your doctor just reach out to me 😊
3 hour glucose test
I just got my results online. I passed all but the 1 hour. What does this mean? Doctor hasn't called yet. So do I have gestational diabetes or not? Some of what I read said you have to fail 2 draws for it to be considered failing but I'm not sure how it works.

Your blood sugar is expected to be high 1 hr
after that much sugar. They look at the 2 and 3 hr sections. If it's staying over 140 or higher at the 2 hour but doesn't drop below 140 at the 3 hour you definitely have gd. I knew at the 1 hour test I was most likely going to fail the 3 hr so I opted to go straight to the diabetes Dr and go from there.
Most likely they will have you retest or take additional testing. For me I failed my 1hr and was told to do my 3hr I failed it so he did additional testing that didn’t require me drinking anything. I found out that I was becoming insulin resistant which they considered GDM since my random sugar testing and A1C were normal. He did hormone testing.
