Should i say something? *Read description please*

So this guy who no longer works at my job but still talks to people here... i overheard people talking trash about him recently including on of the people he thinks hes friends with... someone he opened up to and now they are back stabbing him. Should i let him know privately so whatever hes talking to them about isnt spread or should i keep quiet and no gey involved cause i still work there?

Personally I would stay out of it altogether if it didnt involve me. Even if they talk about him to you I would just change the subject.

I had someone tell me something similar at my job recently. She was straightforward and said I need to keep my business to myself or drama is going to start. I thanked her and kept my mouth shut ever since. Now her and I are friends. I really appreciated her telling me.
