I’m so worried! These past few days I’ve had horrible sinus pains and congestion. I couldn’t even barely open my mouth because my jaws and teeth aches as well! I took a Tylenol Cold + Head (Congestion Severe) and feel sick. Like no horrible pains, but I feel like a but nauseous. I’m so worried. I only took one pill! last night I took two, but that’s it.

And I ate before as well. I’m still in first trimester and I was told it was safe to take Tylenol sparingly 😭 I’m so worried I’m hurting myself and or the baby.

Advice or help anyone?! Please🙏🏾🙏🏾😭♥️

Thank you all so much for the support, this is honestly my first time being pregnant and I have no idea what to expect etc. so thank you all for the positive feedback!

I feel a lot better, I called the hospital I’m scheduled to deliver at and they said to drink lots of fluids and rest, it’s not a big deal since it was just one pill 🙌🏾 I won’t be taking that type of Tylenol ever again tho, there are ingredients in it that aren’t good (as some of you pointed out 🙂♥️).
