15 was postpartum and bleeding during/after sex

Nearly 15 weeks postpartum - already had my first period about 3 weeks ago, stopped bleeding for about 3 days before I had sex and I felt a little discomfort and noticed that I started bleeding during and after for a few hours. Had sex 3 more times since then and every time, I’ve bleed during and immediately after. This time however, I’m still bleeding (very lightly & bright red) for a whole day after AND it even hurts when I pee and sit. Please tell me this is normal. This did not happen to me with baby #1
