Elementary teachers??

Question

If there are any elementary teachers out there, when and how often do you pump? I don't have a break until 11:10 for lunch and then my planning period is at 1:50 so I can pump during those times. I already feel my supply is dwindling and it's only been 7 days 😭 how do you keep your supply up?

I go back to work on the 28th and teach 2nd Grade. I plan to pump when I arrive at work at 7:15, lunch break at 12:15, and prep at 2:30. I would leave at 3:45 to pick my daughter up from the sitter so I would pump again when I get home at 4:30. I exclusively pump and I usually don’t go longer than 4 hours without pumping so the 5 hour stretch is making me nervous since it will be everyday. I’m sure my supply will be effected. 😢
I’m also bringing my hands free pumping bra so I can prep and pump at the same time.

I teach technical college as I pump 5 times a day but I am at work for 14 hours. I feel like I should be pumping more, it’s just so hard to get the time

I would pump as soon as you get to school, on your lunch, at four planning period and at the end of the day before you leave. Then go home and feed feed feed !!
How long are you pumping for per session?

I teach middle school. I pump when I get to work at 7:30, my plan at 10:30, lunch for a few minutes at 11:45 (I don’t get much at this one but I don’t want to go 5 hours without pumping), and then right after the kids leave at 3:45. Having a hands free pumping bra has been great so that I can be working on my computer or grading papers while I pump. It only takes me 10-15 minutes to pump so it’s not too bad. Definitely a pain but it’s worth it!

Not a teacher but I only pump twice at work sometimes Ill try for a 3rd . I work 7-3 i pump around 5:30-6 after first feed . After that i don’t pump til about 10 I work in the Community. Then around 1:30 2. And we feed the rest of the day on breast. But try eating oatmeal once a day. I eat it with the oats in my yogurt and staying really hydrated . I also tried milky mama emergency brownies my supply stayed leveled
