Relief from morning sickness?

Question

I feel sick all day long! I have a toddler to chase after so I can never sit and relax. What have you tried that has helped?

I’m mainly eating salt and vinegar flavour crisps. Like I’ve had three bags today 🙄

Struggling right now. It’s mainly smells that get me. I turned on the stove a few minutes ago, got a faint whiff of gas for a second and that was it, I had to run to the bathroom. I’ve thrown up so many times from different smells that I am keeping a bottle of lemon scented shampoo by the bed so I can smell something good when I need to. When my husband heard me gagging just now from the gas he ran over with a container of orange juice for me to smell lol. 
Having an empty stomach also seems to be a big trigger. I am bringing tons of snacks to work each day to keep my stomach from getting too empty and that is helping. At home I forget to snack and it’s so much worse. In the mornings I need to eat a little something right away or else I’ll be gagging.  
10w4d right now so am just praying it won’t be so bad soon. I have an OB appointment this week so I plan on asking about it.

Try eat little and often if possible to calm it down. I can’t stomach a big meal now and try eating something stodgy and with protein as it fills you for a little longer to keep the sickness at bay. 
I know it’s hard but I found bananas, yogurts, bread with some meat in and mash potato’s and beans helped! 
I really struggled last week at work and was on the verge of tears! We can get through this! I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and jinx touch wood I’ve been feeling less nauseous the past couple of days x

Believe it or not animal crackers have helped me and ginger ale or sprite

Same over here! Ice cold water with some lemon in it and a couple soda crackers every couple hours is all that helps me! 
If it gets out of hand, call your drs office and speak to a nurse. My appt isn’t until I’m almost 11 weeks and they called me in some nausea meds without seeing me
