What is your one year old / 13 month old eating everyday ?

Pretty much everything. (Except super hard foods). She eats what I eat. And if the hubby and I arent eating anything healthy (like junk food or fast food), I feed her fruits and veggies instead.

Randomly she decided she only eats yogurt, salad, raw carrots, and popcorn... and aside from the yogurt, she'll only eat YOUR salad or popcorn, not her own. I dont know how to parent this sassy girl, her brother ate(and still eats) pretty much anything I put in front of him. She had been eating like a champ and I have no idea what changed. 😫

For a kid that still only has 2 bottom teeth we eat everything. If you have food he’ll take it. Fish, chicken, pork, beef, loves veggies and eggs with tomato and cheese.

Favorites are:  banana, bread, and anything on mommy’s plate. Most the time I put some of her food on my plate to trick her into thinking it’s mine. She used to eat anything but now she’s become picky. Loved avecado at the beginning now she hates them. I will say that it is encouraging me to eat much healthier!

Not much. He like spicy foods. Meat and chicken and recently fruit but he won't eat more than a few baby spoonfuls and refuses anymore. I've tried everything. He is ebf

My 13 month old generally eats a grain, dairy, veggies, fruits and protein at his meals and snacks. His current faves are mixed veggies, broccoli, black beans, apples, pears, grapes, rice puffs, whole grain Cheerios, cream cheese and mango.
