Is it ok to have a 2nd baby shower?

Without the exception of gifts is it ok to have more than 1 baby shower. Would you attend a 2nd baby shower? Why or why not?

Every baby deserves to be celebrated!!  Not just the first one!

I see no issue with it. Everyone needs new diapers for a new baby and every baby deserves to be celebrated

I think it’s perfectly fine to have a second baby shower. Personally though, I wouldn’t attend a second baby shower if I attended the first

Do you mean 2 showers for one baby, or one shower each for two separate babies?

Why is second baby less important?  It’s a reason to celebrate.  I’m not having one because I’m socially anxious right now and don’t want to be around anyone but everyone wanted to do something.

Of course it’s okay! Every baby is important. Some people get big mad over nothing it’s annoying. I had 3 baby showers some people were rude about it but most were excited. Do what you want though it’s no one else’s place to tell you what to do.

I’m having a second one. My first is a boy and he’s almost 4 and this time I’m having a girl

I had put together a diaper party for this baby (second baby) and no one showed up

I had 2 when I was pregnant with my daughter. Me and my ex both have huge families and they both planned something separately. It worked out.
