24 and not sure what’s next. Need some career advice. I’m in grad school soon to graduate in Organizational Development, I really want to get involved in Higher Education but as of right now I’m working somewhere that is a dead end job pretty much and I have an HR background but would love to work in HR at a university to combine my two passions. I just feel like I’m never going to be successful and I’m all over the place. Anyone else feel this way? It’s just the worse feeling and makes me feel so down about myself. I know I shouldn’t compare but my friends are pretty much all set on what they want to do for the rest of their lives and it’s just hard for me.
