Blood in poop!?

So my daughter is EBF and when I changed her I saw this. It’s been fine all day and she hasn’t been fussy or anything all day. I’m a bit concerned though?

I’d call your pedi. Digested blood (like from your cracked nipple) shows up as black flecks. This blood could be in your babies digestive tract.

My first son had this. Dr said it was a milk intolerance. I cut dairy out of my diet and if I had to supplement I used a soy based formula.
