My husband is a CF carrier with azoospermia/ possible malformation of vas deferens

After almost THREE years of trying and no answers. We finally found my husband has azoospermia. Multiple tests and genetic screenings later, we find my husband is a CF carrier.

Devastating news as you might guess but also an answer.

We were able to an ultrasound to check and see if he ever formed a vas deferens, without a real answer from the ultrasound though.

(When you are a CF carrier you might have malformation of the duct that carries sperm)

Anyone else had to deal with this? 😔♥️

Yes husband cf carrier and no sperm. Tese worked- had a baby in 2017 and working on number 2. Total 3 retrieval’s and 4 transfers. Tese sperm isn’t the best quality so it can take some time but there’s hope.

We have a no known cause - non obstructive azoospermia ... even did micro tese ... nada!!! Using a donor!

How does the donor process work? Do you plan to use a donor bank or someone you know?
