He always ignores me... HELP!

My SO is always on his phone! Like literally always. I don’t think he’s cheating or anything cuz it’s always some tv show or something on YouTube but im just tired of always feeling alone even when he’s in the room. We sit together or go somewhere and he goes on his phone and it’s like im not even there. Or he doesn’t want to be there. Anyone else have that problem??? Is he over me?
