Exercises to avoid?
Hey! So I just found I’m 5w pregnant with my first child the other day. I currently have a personal trainer & his program is HIIT and strength training. I was doing ab exercises yesterday and I felt weird... not physically but just knowing the fact my little chocolate chip is in there. I want to stay as physically active as possible while pregnant as long as I can. I won’t see my doctor til the end of the month to ask. Are there certain exercises I need to avoid & at what point?
