How to find my old profile?

I'm not sure which topic this belongs in but I've been using eve for almost 2 years but I just got a new phone and transferred my things over ... However, I obviously had to log into everything again, and I don't remember the email I used for my account! Or at least I can't remember the password, because I tried logging in with all of my emails (I unfortunately have a lot lol) and different password variations that it might be... but still nothing. :(

Is there any way to do maybe a user lookup/search or something? And if so, if you can see the email that the person signed up with in their profile?

Anything helps right now, I have so many logs on my old account that I need for when I go to the gyno. Thank you
