I need some more crockpot recipes that are somewhat healthy. A lot of the ones online are super unhealthy and I’m also tired of cooked the same thing!

Pulled beef or pulled chicken tacos! 1-1.5 lbs of meat, one onion chopped, and a can of enchilada sauce (we use green for chicken and red for beef), a little bit of chicken broth to give the meat enough liquid, 6-8 hours on low. Serve over rice or in a tortilla with beans, lettuce, tomato, and avocado!

Yeah you can just do like a meat like chicken and shred it up, you can do a lot with it. Put it on salads, burrito bowls, serve with rice and veggies.
