Hello ladies Aunt Flow should be here today or tomorrow, and for some reason I'm having this cm↘️⬇️↙️. I've stopped temping and tracking due to just being overwhelmed with trying to conceive for over 2 years. Does anyone get cm before Aunt Flow?
