Do placebo pills have anything in them ?

Ik they are inactive pills but do they have any percentage of something in them. Cause if not why take them besides to keep the habit.

Some are just sugar and some are iron. You really don’t have to take them. to get birth control in most states you don’t have to take tests first. They just prescribe you whatever they think is the best or what your insurance covers so they have no way of knowing if your iron deficient lol. It’s mostly to help you remember what day your on and when you need to start the new pack.
