Weight problems
I’ve been really happy lately but I’ve also been struggling with my weight again. I started eating more during sports because I was afraid that I’d faint again and I wouldn’t be aloud to play. Basketball started almost immediately after volleyball and I never really got the break I needed to get my weight back under control. This has led to 5 month of me eat what ever I want when I should have just eaten healthy. In August this fall I was a 127 pounds and was the best I’ve ever left about myself, now I’m here at 149 pounds feeling the worst I’ve felt in 2 years. Im looking back at old pictures thinking about how skinny I used to be and how I looked so much better back then. No matter what I do I can escape these thoughts and the constant feeling of hungry even after eating.
