7DPO lots of cramping!!!

Has anyone else had or have cramping since ovulation? I have and it’s been on my left side and sometimes it’s a stabbing pain and shoots on the right side sometimes but there’s always a dull cramping on left. I’ve NEVER had this before. I also have sore nipples and been gassy sorry TMI 😂..is this a good sign?
