Reduced movements

Hi ladies.

I will be 30 weeks tomorrow.

My baby is really active almost constantly throughout the day. I’ve been ill with a sinus infection and yesterday she barely moved at all, this morning the same thing?

Should I be concerned? I read that sometimes babies slow down when you’re sick.

I’m also anxious about going to the hospital for reduced movements as last time I was basically sent home and told I was making myself high risk for coming in for that. 🙄
