Tips for panic attacks
Does anyone have any tips for panic attacks I'm to afraid to say anything to anyone I know or a therapist I've had alot of bullying and emotional abuse and I don't really trust anyone I have social anxiety but on top I get panic attacks randomly I will be laying in bed in the bath or shower watching tv on the couch and randomly get a panic attack when it happens Infront of people I try to hold it of and make some excuse to leave the room to be by myself I get really bad ones which I can't breathe at all I'm shaking crying sweating etc than I get ones that aren't as bad
