Pregnant/PMS/cysts?????

Ladies, had my period 26/12/2018. Ovulated 08/01/2019. Had sex 2 days before and on ovulation day. Usually when I ovulate I feel this burning/stabbing pain in my sides. Sometimes its on the left and sometimes on the right. My next period is due on 22/01/2019. I think it a little to early for PMS symptoms plus I never had these kind of cramps in the weeks before my period. Can this be pregnancy or can it be ovarian cysts?????? I have been on Petogen for 4 yrs and have been off for little over 2 yrs now. Been ttc since 2016.
