Tips to feel confident?
I suffer from anxiety and depression and it’s a constant battle but it gets hardest around my period. I get these really intrusive thoughts telling me I’m not smart/pretty/good enough in any and all aspects of my life. I’m pretty good at shutting down those thoughts, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips to feel more confident and secure? Thanks!
