Diet change to help me concieve
Hi ladies, I am looking for help. I am generally pretty healthy, I exercise regularly (I used to run daily but have stopped...i will elaborate on why later) mostly snowshoeing and skiing right now and eat healthy. I use the Canadian Food Guide. I suffered a miscarriage after 10 months of trying. I know that exercise is good for people but my miscarriage happened around the time I did a 10k race. I know the race didnt cause my miscarriage but I never want to have a miscarriage again. I am looking for diet changes to help me concieve as it has been 7 months since my miscarriage.
Tell me what helped you concieve. I have taken a prenatal multivitamin daily for a year and 7months (likely more now). I am disheartened and looking for any changes I can make to increase my likelihood of concieving.
