How to break co sleeping?

Hi all, in need of some tips. I found out I’m pregnant with baby #2 (unsure of due date because I haven’t had a period since I had my son in February of last year but guessing about 4/5 months). I’ve co slept with my son from birth to now and I’m trying to get him to sleep in his own bed (pack n play we have) so hopefully by the time baby gets here, he’s sleeping in his own bed. Any tips?

Following this because I need advice too! My son is 14 months and I’m due in July. Been cosleeping since he was a month old. He’s super clingy and attached to me and wakes up if I even move away from him, so I’m really nervous about this and every attempt has been unsuccessful. I’m not interested in letting him cry it out, I just want him to feel safe without me.

Maybe this isn’t a solution to some but for me and my little family co sleeping is a huge part of our lives and we love it. So for us when our baby #2 comes we plan on having both kids in the bed. Before we have the baby we are going to add another queen bed to ours and our little boy will sleep with his daddy and our newborn will sleep with me. :) hope this helps
