So my baby screams when I put him down to sleep, but will sleep instantly in our arms. I'm starting to lose my sanity. Have any of you let your baby cry themselves to sleep a little? If so , how long? I know sleep training and the ferber method doesn't start until their older so I'm a little hesitant but I need him to self soothe a little bit..he does it in his car seat when he's tired and I obviously can't help him when I'm driving.. screams cries and then goes to sleep.. not sure if I should just try it for like 5 min max. Ugh
