Okay so it was my first time successfully inserting my Lena Cup.... and I thought it was in right. Right now I came to the bathroom -6hours later - and it’s not there. I cannot feel the stem thing

Is it possible when I went to the bathroom (5hours ago )and peed it came out ???

It felt like it had suctioned tho cuz I had pulled the stem thing. But after I peed I didn’t check or anything. I feel so dumb

Ok so I’m towards the end of my period so it’s light

The pad doesn’t have much on it

But I don’t feel anything in me.. so I think it went down the toilet

I’m honestly not sure

I stuck my finger in, used a mirror and don’t see anything

It does feel kinda weird but I don’t feel anything.

I GOT IT OUT. This whole time I thought i had lost it in the toilet but today I was watching some menstrual cup videos on YouTube and they were showing how to find your cervix and see how far it goes

And I thought to myself idk where my cervix is

So I was poking around right now and TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS STILL INSIDE OMG..

a day and a half later... how bad is that ??

I still feel so dumb for not being able to get it out yesterday .. I had no idea it was in there

When I had originally put it in the stem stuck out and touched my leg and idk how it sucked itself up there.. but I’m happy it’s out now
