D-MER like symptoms but during entire pump?

I thought I had D-MER but I my anxiety and agitation last the entire pumping session. Is this a thing or do I just really hate pumping?

I think you just really hate pumping. Have you tried distracting yourself? I find that helps me because if I just watch the milk fill up the bottle I'm anxious the whole time even though I know I make enough.

I hate pumping too it drives me crazy I get so frustrated. But today I started to watch long silly YouTube videos and I pumped 20 mins without noticing and a good 4 oz pump 😊
