I love hula hooping and doing home workouts on YouTube. And sqauts.Week 1 was 10 weeks pp and my start of my journey my son just turned 1 year old on the 11th This is the other day at 8 weeks pregnant (currently 8.5 weeks) and still going at it.For diet I didn't change it a whole lot but it helped... I switched from drinking pop to only water. I didn't change what i ate really. For snacking i cut up my favorite veggies and fruit (carrots/green peppers and strawberries) so instead of grabbing for example a cookie when I had a craving to snack I grab one of my cut of veggies/fruit in the fridge. I also stopped going for second for dinner.. I was 125 when I started my journey and now 108. (I was 105 before I had my son but close enough) yes I'm now pregnant with number 2 but I don't to stop. I used to hula hoop like 4 hours a day I'm down to 1-2 hours (as I hula hoop when my son's napping or sleeping I'm now at work during his naps so I lost that time for work. Find what you love and keep at it. If you find something you enjoy and do small changes it more likely you will keep the weight off that you lost. As it has to be a lifestyle change not just something in the moment and resort back to old way once the weight is lost.
Work outs?
I’m thinking about joint a gym because I want to lose stomach fat. What are the best workouts to achieve this? And any diets for picky eaters. I’m not a huge fan of any fruits and only like 3-5 veggies.
