I got a membrane sweep Thursday at my 39+1 appointment. Later that night I had my bloody show with more blood than mucus and ALOT OF CONTRACTIONS, they were so painful i couldnt time them so i just went to sleep and the next day ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS OF LABOR No Contractions Or Anything. I continued to lose my mucus plug more mucus than blood this time and about 8:30pm Friday i had to pee and i went to pee but i couldn’t stop peeing so i wasnt sure being that im a FTM....after about 25 more minutes the leak continued and i realized it was my water and went to the hospital...my contractions were not consistent so they’re started me on pitocin at i want to say 2-3 am Well At About 6 Am The Contractions Were Consistent and killing me i was crying screaming and in the worst pain ever 7am i was 5 Cm and asked for epidural! BEST DECISION EVER .... i had to wait about 30 mins so i could get some fluids first when the clock struck Minute 30 i called my nurse to remind her 😂 they came in it took about 10 mins they let my S/O stay in the room and talk me through the contraction he was amazing ! About 15 mins later i felt NOTHING ! Took some naps on and off dr checked me at about 10am I Was 6 Cm My nurse kept reminding me to let her know if i felt constant pressure ...so at around 11am i felt pressure but not constant just from the contractions i didnt feel like i needed to push but i did feel like i had to poop ...i took a few more naps and at around 1:10 the Dr came in and told me if i wasnt Dilated more i would need csection to avoid infection...he came in at about 1:17 and checked me and he said i was 10cm dilated and he sees her head 🥰 took them about 15 mins to set up during that i did one push At About 1:32 and the nurse called him in to hurry up and about 9 pushes later at 1:48pm My Beautiful baby girl came out screaming and more perfect than ever 💕 She was obviously tired of us by the 2nd picture 😂 she gave the finger twice and wouldnt stop for about 10 minutes 🤦🏽‍♀️ YES I HAD HELLA HEART BURN AND IM A FTM ONLY NEEDED O N E STITCH THANK GOD JESUS UNIVERSE AND ANCESTORS
