Anyone getting flushed face?

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve never experienced this, but I’m assuming it’s somehow associated. I will randomly feel hot only on my face. It feels like I have a fever. My eyelids, check, forehead.. all over. It is uncomfortable. Anyone else experiencing this?
