Grandparent Smooches?

Do you lovelies let your baby’s grandparents kiss the babe now that he/she is a little older? (Especially if you didn’t in the beginning.) Any input would be great!!

My family is pretty respectful and kiss him only on the top of the head! My mom is even more paranoid than me.. so that helps 🤣 she yells at people to wash their hand and not kiss him more than I do.

the whole family has been kissing on her since she came home :) mostly the top of head , face is reserved for mom and dad lol

Nope. Only myself and my husband for now. It’s still cold/flu season so I’m not risking it especially seeing all the babes on here sick with RSV. My in laws always ask when they can but I tell them once cold/flu season is over. My MIL pissed me off because she kissed him right after he was born before I even did or my husband. I was so mad.

Yea my family doesn’t care bout my opinion on my baby. They say it’s their family and they don’t care. They’re very opinionated and it’s if it’s not their way it’s wrong.

I try to only let people kiss him on the head, never the face or hands. People still kiss him on the face though. 😔
