I’ve had spotting on and off since December (been to a dr I’m fine )

But today I started bleeding really heavy so I got my period nothing new right but this month it’s kinda freaking me out

I’m getting these cramps that are so bad they make me wanna scream and vomit and these blood clots that’s are a pale pink with red vains through them

I’ve never experienced anything like this is it normal or should I worry my flow is so heavy I have to change super overnight pads every hour and a bit kms
