Found out last Tuesday at 8w 3d that there is no heartbeat and it measures at 6w 1d. I was given prescription for 2 doses of Misoprostol which I took Thursday and Friday with no other symptoms but cramps and diarrhea. So I sit here, I need to decide on d&c but so hope my body kicks in and figures it out on its own.

What about you ladies, any experiences like this? Or how long after the missed miscarriage did you start having symptoms. This wait is horrible.
