1 week old Constipated

My little girl has been getting fed gentle ease enfamil in the night and breast milk in the day. I noticed that at night when I lay her for bed she would randomly wake up out her sleep crying as if she’s in pain then randomly fall back to sleep. And she would do this like 3-4 times in a row. I’ve noticed that she hasn’t pooped ! Only once in the past 24 hours and it was after giving her the breast milk. So I’m guessing she’s trying to poop but her stool is too hard. Is there something i can give or do to help her 😩 I feel like crying everytime these episodes happen 😓
