Advice please

Okay, so I’ve been worried about this for a while.. but my period is due in about a week, I’m getting acne and slight cramps. I’ve taken two tests they were both negative. I take my pills perfectly and my boyfriend doesn’t finish inside me. Am I over reacting? Should I even be worried?
