Keto and breastfeeding/pumping?

Has anyone done keto dieting while BF and pumping? I am curious about keto i hear so many good things. Of course I would modify it a bit. I really want to have a healthy lifestyle. 
Any books or apps you recommend ?

Yes I did. This may be long and confusing but bear with me. During my pregnancy, I ate a low glycemic diet called Trim Healthy Mama. It helped me manage my gestational diabetes and also limit weight gain. I continued to follow that until october, 4 months postpartum. By 4 months postpartum I had lost the 19 pounds I gained plus another 14 pounds. I started keto in october. I lost another 10-15 pounds on keto from october to December but my milk supply tanked! Big time!! I came to the realization that i needed to go back to Trim Healthy Mama.  It's a low glycemic diet where you still eat carbs, but not as much as the standard American diet, and the carbs you eat are really healthy and don't spike your blood sugar. I highly recommend it. It takes a while to get used to but it's totally worth it.
