Positive opk but sticky(milk paste)  non fertile cm. Thoughts?

I don’t ov for 2-3 days after first pos opk. Never realized tho bc I get ewcm for a week before ov, until I starting charting. Maybe your the same? I’d bd just in case but see how it looks next couple days. Maybe try bbt next mo
