Labeling breast milk bags with time??

Is this necessary? I know I need to date, but should I label AM/PM

I did just bc I read you have more fat in the mornings than at night. So now when I use my supply I choose accordingly

I never did and it was fine for me. Wouldn’t hurt though.

I don't. I doubt I'll be thawing it based on time of day when I need it

If more than 1 bag a day, the hour is good. Breastmilk changes throughout the day, so you don't want to mix up a 10 am bag with a 7 pm one. But in most cases,  am/pm works fine.
