Should I call OB ? Is this normal in twin pregnancy

I have been feeling a crap ton of pressure in my lower stomach. Like almost to the point I'm scared to pee. Also the last 2 days I've been having horrible stomach pain. Also noticed an increase of discharge ? Should I call my OB?

Maybe a blatter infection. That was what i had.. now on antibiotics and the pain is gone! Good luck

I have the lower abdomen pressure too! I’m also scared to pee, but have to all the time! If I were you, I’d call the ob because you’re feeling sick and have increased discharge. How far along are you?
